Services
Precious Cargo Detailing provides cleaning and detailing services for car seats, strollers, wagons, booster seats, infant car seats, and related baby gear. Our expertise in baby gear detailing ensures that all items are cleaned according to the manufacturer’s manual whenever available. We utilize non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for babies and do not use harsh chemicals that may compromise the integrity or safety of the item.
Safety Disclaimer
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Precious Cargo Detailing does not install, uninstall, inspect, certify, repair, or alter car seats, bases, strollers, wagons, or baby gear.
Customers are responsible for proper installation, use, and inspection of all items before and after service. We recommend reviewing the manufacturer’s manual and consulting a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician for car seat installation or safety concerns.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information at the time of booking
Removing personal items before service
Providing access to the item being cleaned
Disclosing any stains, odors, damage, mold, bodily fluids, pests, or special concerns before service
Reviewing the item after service
Precious Cargo Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, fading, loose stitching, broken parts, missing pieces, expired seats, recalled items, or manufacturer defects.
Stains, Odors, and Results
While we make every effort to provide a thorough cleaning, especially during our stroller cleaning service, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, discoloration, mildew, or deeply embedded buildup. Some stains or odors may be permanent depending on age, material, previous cleaning attempts, or the condition of the item.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.
Precious Cargo Detailing reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service due to weather, safety concerns, item condition, biohazards, pests, excessive mold, or any situation that may prevent safe or proper cleaning.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, depending on the payment terms provided at scheduling.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Any additional services, add-ons, or excessive cleaning needs may result in an additional charge, which will be discussed before service is completed.
Refunds
Due to the nature of cleaning services, all sales are final once service has been completed.
If there is a concern with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue and make every reasonable effort to address it.
Photos
Photos may be taken before and after service for documentation, quality control, and customer communication. We will not publicly share identifying photos of your child, personal property, home, or vehicle without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Precious Cargo Detailing is not liable for injury, accident, improper installation, misuse, or safety issues involving any cleaned item after the service is complete. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the website or business operations.
